What information do you collect and how do you use it?
We only collect the information that you actively provide us with including but not limited to your name, telephone number, email address and contact details. We may use this information to contact you about your appointments or send you newsletters, if you have requested them, special offers and promotions from AB Medical Clinic.
What do you do with my contact details?
We only use the information we collect about you to enhance your experience with AB Medical Clinic and all your information is used in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998.
Does AB Medical disclose information it collects to anyone outside the company?
We never sell, rent or pass on your information to third parties. You will never receive spam emails from us.
Do you keep web logs/cookies?
We maintain data from the internet in order to evaluate the popularity of our website, App and booking system. This does not reveal any details about you or impact on your privacy in any way.

How do I remove my consent or details?
If you do not want to receive emails or newsletters from AB Medical Clinic you simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you receive. This will remove you from newsletters and promotions. If you do not want to receive appointment reminders or email treatment receipts please contact AB Medical and we will remove this from our booking system.
What information do you keep regarding my debit/credit card?
AB Medical are fully PCI compliant. This means we do not keep your card details and fully comply with the regulations that keep your financial data secure. We also do not record details of your card on any internet servers.
